THE MENTAL-EMOTIONAL SYMBOL:
VARIOUS DIFFERENT FORMS

The 'mental-emotional' symbol has been very simply described as having:

"... a zig-zaggy line on the left and a curved line on the right with two loops attached"

and, in nearly all cases, the numerous versions of the symbol still adhere to this basic design.

Differences between one version and the next are primarily due to the level of calligraphic/artistic skill of the practitioner;
though there are a few versions of the symbol in use which have been intentionally altered by one or two individuals to
reflect their own personal interpretations of the symbol's signifigance.
